Convert 9.9 hp 2009 from Tiller to remote

Hi,
Just bought a brand new 9.9 longshaft with electric start. I want to convert from tiller to remote, include key start and link steering to my 115 hp Evinride. the Evinrude is a 1999 model. The 9.9 will be used as a kicker and a trolling motor.
