Carb leaking

Hello I have a merc ELPTO 75 hp year 2003. Model Number 1-075412an serial#ot646980.
The center carb is leaking fuel out of tip hole in carb. Have drained all carbs. Have to give half throttle to get started and only have half power when running. will not idle. can i rebuild just that one or do i need a kit for all carbs. Which kit do I need.
First time attempting this.
Do I need anything else other then rebuild kits.

The carb kit is part number 823635 4, will need one for each carb.
Usually you need to clean all the carbs.

make sure to clean or replace the fuel inlet needles.
had that problem on my 92 40hp.
if fuel is leaking out the fuel is not being shutoff to the bowl.
