Default 9.9 trouble
My 9.9 four stroke runs perfect until it gets to half throttle. It acts like it is starving for fuel. Any suggestions. The electrical has been al checked and is fine. Changed the fuel filter and the mechanic cleaned the carb.

If it's a model with choke try bumping choke to see if picks up rpm's.
