40 ELPTO Tilt/Trim Shaft o-ring needed

I have been unable to find just the o-ring or the Collar Assy by itself w/ the o-ring and wiper ring. I have been told/quoted for the entire hydrolic shaft and collar assy for approx $400. The o-ring alone can't be more than $3-10!!!

Please help.
