Default 25 hp merc 2 stk gas out top of carb
25 hp 2 stk maybe 1999? when squeeze ball from tank gas squirts out from under the plate on top of carb that holds the electric choke solonoid. just before i discovered this motor would only start w/high idle on and would only run at full throttle but very rough, and not for long any help appreciated.

Float valve is not seating, need to remove and clean carb.
