2008 electric start convert tiller to remote steering and throttle

I'm looking at purchasing a 20 hp that is a tiller handle electric start for my inflatable boat, but I wonder how difficult the conversion to a remote would be should I want to use it on a jon boat in the future. Anyone done this?
