The motor will not run on the regular idle speed. It will run on fast idle but when you slack it off it immediately shuts down. The only thing that will keep it running is to engage the choke. I have removed the carb and cleaned it completely. Replaced the plugs, fuel, fuel line, and fuel clip. I am at a loss as to what it could be.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what the problem could be?

If chokeing it helps to keep running then still have a plugged jet or passage in carb.
