Default 1994 200 XRI EFI no power

My 1994 mercury outboard 200 XRI EFI will not start, it has no power to any coils, any ideas. Last time on lake oil cap on oil injection reservoir got hole and put oil on engine and it did not run very good after that including temperature overheating. I changed main fuel filter and both voltage regulators. OIl sensor buzzer was going off during this until I got both loaded.

Run a compression test to make sure compression is ok.
Do a spark test to see if all cylinders are firing.
Run fuel pressure test.

Default 1994 200 XRI EFI - more info

No power to any coils while turning over. What would be a good compression number for each cylinder? Fuel pressure goes to 35+ PSI while trying to start. Maybe oil got into stator when oil cap got hole in it. Bad stator, switch boxes, igntion control modules, what do you think?

Compression should be 110-135 psi, no more than 15 psi between cylinders.
Check stop circuit, key switch and emergency stop switch. Check output voltage of stator with DVA meter, should have 100-265 volts at cranking on low speed coil and 25-50 volts on high speed coil.

Not sure how to check stop circuit, key switch is good, no emergency stop switch that I know of. Where can I find a diagram of wiring so I can check stator and which wires to check?

The service manual is part number 824052R3 and would be the best sorce of diagrams and testing steps.

Default 1994 200 Xri Efi

Can you tell me the colors on stator wiring to check voltages? What is the part number for the switchboxes and do you think maybe they shorted out during oil leak and alarm problems?

Blue wire is low speed stator and red is high speed stator wires at switch box.
Switch box is number 2 in this diagram Mercury Outboard Parts 1994 1200412PT WIRING HARNESS-STARTER SOLENOID Diagram
