1988 Merc 35HP dies at 1/2 throttle

I had a problem earlier with my motor where I couldn't get it to run at all, then I cleaned the carb, changed the injection oil and replaced a fuel line on the carb. Now it starts and runs, but when I try to go to half throttle or beyond, it dies. Any suggestions on what it might be?

Try choking engine when it start to die, if it helps to keep it running then still have a carb problem. You pump fuel primer bulb when starts to die, if helps then have a fuel delivery problem, like fuel pump, or restriction in fuel line.
