Ok so I have a 1984 mercury 115hp. My crankcase gasket is leaking and i replaced the gaskets once. Then I was told i had to put a gasket sealant on it. I replaced it with regular gasket sealer put it together and it still leaked. Machine shop says its fine just have to put the right sealer. So My question is what sealer do i use. I was told it is like a lock tite type of sealant.
