i just got the boat, the motor wouldn't start, took it to a shop, they said they primed it and it started but the water pump wasn't pumping. I noticed it was leaking fuel from the carbs. I have done work on car engines, but never boat motors. What should i start with, and how difficult is it to change a water pump in this engine? Any help would be appreciated. thanks Jim

sorry about the repeat posts, i noticed someone else had the same problem, it gives an error message impying that the post did not go through, i fell for the same thing.
