Default 15hp 4 stroke problem

I am getting an unusual amount of vibration from engine. This is even when it is at idle. It is a 2006 that I bought new in 2008. The engine was fine the first summer but when I ran it last summer , I noticed the vibration right away worse than any 2 stroke I have had. I haven't used it very much ... it's never been abused and I've never hit anything with it ....The total time on the engine is about 4 hrs. Any ideas would be appreciated as I am stumped on what could have happened to it.

Thanx
William

Default viberation

I would pull the shroud and take the plugs out. check the wires and make sure there connected as they should be. check the plugs and if one is wet and the other dry, then it probably is a bad plug or no fire to that cyl. This is just a starter to find the trouble, but should get you going.

Thanks for the suggestion,

I pulled each plug wire (one at a time) as the motor was running to check if they were firing and the motor started to stall as I did so I'm pretty sure the plugs are firing. I don't think I have the wires reversed but I will check. The motor is still under warranty but I can't get them to look at it. Every week I get " try giving us a call next week".
