Default 115 4 cyl mariner bogs unless feathered throttle
I have an 89 115 mariner that runs great if you feather the throttle slowly. If you give it wot as your trying to pop up a skier it will misfire and stay that way unless you let off on the gas and start slowly feathering the idle. The guy I got it from said he replaced the fuel pump last time it did this and it fixed the problem. This time though it didn't fix the problem. Any help out there?

May need carbs removed and cleaned, resynchronized and adjusted.
