  • Merc 50, Walbro wma3 float fulcrum removal

    Thanks for looking..

How do I do it. The fulcrum when installed is flush on one end and sticks out on the other.. So.. I tried to drive out from the flush end (after pulling with the pliers failed. Didn't know it was serrated on that end. Doesn't seem to want to go all the way out as shown in the picture.. Did I do it the wrong way?

    Thanks in advance for answering.

Yes, you went the wrong way with the pin. If you can't get it out easily, the next step would be to cut the pin with a dremel or similar. Before you do that, make sure your dealer has the pin. You might ask if they have a 'take-off' from another engine that they are trashing. That would work great and the price would be perfect.
