2000 merc 50hp 4 stroke trim problem

I have a2000 mercury 50hp 4 stroke. I am having a problem with the motor trimming down while running. With the boating at the house I can trim up and down no problem boat with boat in water running the motor will trim up but will slowly lower down. If I hold trim up button it will hold it up but not all way. What is wrong

One of the internal valves or seats leaking, need to have it tested by dealer to find problem.

I had a mercury shop work on it about a year ago spent 500 they didn't fix anything.

usually its the release valve o ring, check that screw on the clamp bracket

make sure the fluid is full
