2002 150hp optimax power head removal

Hello, I am trying to replace the lower crankshaft seal. Is the powerhead held on by just the 10 bolts? Any advice if it is stuck? Is there a good place to pry it off?
I have it on a lift with the lifting eye but it doesn't lift.

That should be all the bolts, you can thread nuts back on front studs couple of threads and pry up on nuts to break gasket loose.
